i’m picking 2nd in a 12 team 1/2PPR league. In the mock drafts i’m doing I always seem to see stud RBs with my first 3 picks. How do you guys feel about having a team with 3 RBs in the first 3 rounds (i.e. CMC, Chubb, Devonta Freeman) and then WRs like Tyler Lockett and Robby Anderson as your WR 1 and 2?
I wouldn’t go in with the plan to draft 3 RBs first. If you end up with 3 solid RBs to start then that’s great, but mocks don’t always translate to live drafts. Like, if you get the 3 guys you listed then great, but I wouldn’t hold my breath on Chubb falling to 23rd overall if you’re drafting with anyone who knows what they’re doing. It’s cliche to say it, but just go best player overall. If you value 2 guys the same, then yeah RB is the tiebreaker.
Thanks Steve, I dont expect Chubb to fall to the end of the 2nd round but it just seems like getting Chubb in the 2nd and Freeman in the 3rd screams great value over WRs like Keenan, Thielen, and TY
