Best flex play option?

Im needing to decide on a flex this week with byes.
Trying to decide to flex Tre’Quan Smith or take the chance on Josh Adams in a standard league

My starters are
WR- Diggs, Jeffery, Edelman
RB- McCaffrey, J. White

Other possible flex options- Valdes-Scantling, or double tightend with Njoku

This week only and in a standard league i like Josh Adams here. Eagles need to get back to the ground game to help their defense out a bit and limit possessions for the other team. Plus since the Giants traded Harrison away they can’t stop the run, Adams should be a strong play this week.
