Bortles = Higher Floor
With Fournette coming back from the injury they should be throwing the ball a lot.

Rivers = Higher Ceiling
This game could be a shoot-out and a potential Superbowl preview. However, both defenses are pretty good, so it could be super-boring.

If you’re projected to win, I’d play Bortles. If you’re projected to lose, then Rivers.
