If Elliot does end up getting suspended this is a steal. Baldwin is the surefire number one WR on the Seahawks. I’d go with him if you do it. I don’t think Elliot will end up missing time this season. I’d rather have Elliot and Julio. Bell and Baldwin sounds nice though.
