I heard on the podcast that there’s a tool where they put a letter like A or B or C depending on the consistency of a player, do you know where that is?

That doesn’t sound familiar to me. The link I posted has color coding for how consistent players have been. They’ve got a career snapshot tool as well that shows year to year consistency.

It shows the “A, B, C” grade when you click on the player to go to the player profile.
