Cooks for Ajayi/Montgomery?

Someone just reached out looking to trade a wide reciever for one of my running backs.

I have Freeman, Hunt, Ajayi and Montgomery (+James White, Javorious Allen)and am thinking about offering either of the latter two for Cooks in my 10 team .5 PPR league.

My wife receivers are Fitz, Parker, Marshall, Ginn, Corey Coleman and Cupp.

Thoughts?

I would trade Montgomery for him, its pretty even I think, but because of your needs at wr, it should help your team greatly.
