Corey davis or crabtree

#1

Davis has high targets and plays the colts but hasn’t done anything all year crabtree has a tough matchup but its at home

#2

Any thoughts on the situation would be much appreciated

This definitely falls under start your studs. Davis is only a hold until he shoes you something hopefully.

Normally, I would agree that Crabtree starts. However, Talib will be shadowing Crabtree and shut him down in their two games last year. Crabtree has not scored since week 7. Davis has one on one coverage from Desir who gives up an average of 15 yards per reception ( and a touchdown every 12 targets).

You say Crabtree hasn’t had a touchdown since week 7 but Davis hasn’t had a double digit scoring game since week 1, albeit he’s only played 5 total games. Denver’s defense has also given up 20+ 5 weeks straight.

That was my thinking as well, i got burned last week starting davis in my flex when rishard mathews had the big game instead. Mathews maybe not playing today could mean for a big game for davis but he’s just a wildcard. Even in a blowout where they scored 8 points crabtree managed 10 points last week he has a very high floor.

Hope you won your match yesterday. Your choice between Davis and Crabtree was not an easyone. This year has been the toughest in recent memory with all of the injuries, suspensions, etc. etc.
