Id think it says that because of the “guarenteed” work load of Henry vs the unknown of Sanders. Id say take a look at your team and your opponent. If you need a home run go with Sanders.
After playing Montgomery and getting crushed by the lack of touches I would lean Henry. I hate Henry and I personally think he stinks, but you know he will get at least 15-20 touches. We don’t have any idea what Sanders will get. The matchup for Sanders is great but he could easily get the 7 touches Montgomery got last night. I would go with the known Henry right now unless Sanders shows he’s going to get consistent touches.
