Devin Smith vs Miami
Curtis Samuel ( No Cam ) vs Arizona

The ceiling for smith is much higher than samuel. But samuel has the safer floor imo. Im currently starting smith in a 16 team league over dede but Iā€™m going for the homerun play with him.

with the potential blow out vs. miami, I like Smith more (and less unknown than Samuel missing his QB).
