Who’s your current TE?
I would do this trade. I like Mack a little more than Jones right now, although come start of the season I could see that switching. And Kelce is going to get a huge workload, especially with Hill missing time. Hilton is good, but he lacks TD production and you have Woods/Moore to start with and Jones/Moncrief as hopefully solid bye week guys. Kelce is on his own tier at his position, so I would take that.
You should take the deal and use Kelce to strengthen your WRs in a trade. If your league allows draft pick trading, you would get at least 1 and possibly 2 first round picks or very good players in return.
Take it and run for the TDs! Mack will be a great addition to your RB core and Kelce is a beast elite TE. IF you have another decent TE option you could use on in your flex on occasion to beef your WR core as well.
