Dump Mcguire for a lotto ticket dynasty

I have Elijah Mcguire in a league where he would be the 5th RB on my team at this point.
Would you dump him for a lottery ticket rookie and taxi them, or hang on in the hopes he gets cut and goes somewhere he could be a back-up/change of pace back?

Depends on the lottery ticket. Is it really a last rounder? If so I might hold Elijah. I think you know what he can do and that is much better that a round 4 pick.
