Gio Bernard or Amari Cooper as PPR Flex Play (Week 3)

Points projections are similar and both are facing tough opposing defenses for their respective positions.

Should I trust the volume to continue for Cooper, or do you think the rushing/receptions from Gio will be a safer play? Bernard plays well in NC, but the Panthers Defense is coming off a bad week and looking to rebound.
