Is Dez in Cleveland worth owning?

Any format really, but specifically for my league, 1/2 ppr redraft

Sure he’s worth owning, but it’s what you’re paying for him that really matters, and what kind of role he’s expected to have. If he signs, they probably would push Landry to a full-time slot role, and have Gordon and Dez start opposite of each other on the outside. Dez would be the possession/red zone threat receiver in a crowded receiving corp. I don’t think I’d spend any pick in the first 8 rounds on him. I just don’t see how that role on the Browns would offer any significant upside. Maybe he finishes as a WR3, but I doubt he’d be any higher than that. If Gordon doesn’t end up coming back, then things change completely.

that was going to be my point exactly.
