Waaaay too much.
Julio for Kelce would be more appropriate. Who are your 2&3 WRs to pair with Engram?
Other wr I have are AJ Brown, Chark and Gallup
could be too much, but julio for kelce is a wash, and engram could be your flex going forward depending on other options, or try to then swing him for another WR or need of your roster. Or ask for a 2nd piece w/Kelce from him

I like @GJN27 ‘s suggestion. I would offer Gallup & Engram or AJ Brown & Engram or just Julio.
