Kupp or Burkhead for Flex?

Playing #1 in our league who needs to be brought down a notch. I can pick up Kupp and plug him in, or do I go with my original plan to smother with the NE backfield? Full PPR.

I think I like Kupp over Burkhead. It’s hard to trust NE RBs to put up a good game each week, while Kupp should be solid based on who they’re playing and Woods being out.
