Even with news Tannehill doubtful for MIA and Bears likely placing a full on beat down on them?

Well as we saw the full beat down on TB, Howard wasnt used much.
I dont see that happening again, though. Howard is a safer play and higher floor, but Sammy def has the higher upside.
