Premium Flex Rankings Question

Hi! I’ve been researching the Premium Flex Rankings lately and am slightly confused about how it works.

For example-
Robby Anderson is listed as the WR 32 by consensus rankings and
Jamaal Williams is listed as the RB 24 by consensus rankings.

In this case, how does Robby Anderson end up as higher on the flex rankings than Jamaal Williams?

Comparing WR to RB is more difficult because it’s like comparing apples to oranges. The rankings have some flexibility but in the end it’s pretty much who they think will score higher. In this case, they think that Robby Anderson will score more points than Jamaal Williams. You can therefore extrapolate that they think that Robby Anderson will also do better than the RB 25, RB 26, and so on.
