Priority Waiver wire - Do I go with Bortles or Josh Gordon?

I have the number 1 priority on waivers this week. I stream the QB position. My WRs are Hogan, Allen, Agholor and I have B. Marshall and Keelen Cole on the bench.

Bortles is a fine streaming option, but there are other guys. I would definetely go with Josh Gordon and the monster upside. Don’t play him this week though.

Go with the delinquent Gordon . Lots of upside.
