Streaming Defenses/Auto Draft

#1

I normally pick defenses last when I draft and just try to get the best one available for week 1 then stream defenses all season long. Due to scheduling conflicts, I had to auto draft a couple of teams and ended up with Minnesota and Philadelphia for my defenses. Even though those are both pretty dang good defenses, there are likely to be better streaming options out there almost every week so (finally) here is my question:

Do I drop those defenses in favor of better streaming options or should I just hang on to them and start them every week regardless of matchup? I want to avoid having to roster 2 defenses if possible.

Thanks!

Always consider streaming. In my leagues holding onto two defenses all season just means you are clogging your bench and dropping the wrong players or hesitating on the waiver wire.
