Super strange and annoying scoring format draft advice

Linked above is the scoring system for a family league of mine that has been going on for around 20 years (I joined 3 years ago). Despite my best efforts to change to a more traditional scoring format, no progress has been made. The starting lineup in the league is 1 QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, and a superflex (generally a QB) and this is a 12 team league. Additionally, nearly everybody takes at least 1, if not both of their QB’s in the first two rounds. Link for proof:*

So my question is, how would you draft in a league like this?

FWIW, I would still use the “late QB” strategy. But in this case “late” would mean 3rd or 4th round (!!!which is friggin crazy, btw!!!).

I mean, Holy Toledo, the best RBs and WRs in the draft are JUST SITTING THERE for you in rounds 1 and 2, but you could still snag a Dak / Trubisky / Roethlisberger / Winston after they’ve all blown their first (and maybe second) round picks on QBs that aren’t going to significantly out-produce the ones you could have in rounds 3 and 4.

Good luck!
