I definitely wouldn’t make that deal.
FYI, if you want good responses, you gotta tell people who else is on your team. It’s critical to knowing if its a good move.

You are right. I forgot about that. Here is my 0-2 team its a PPR league 
QB - Matt Ryan
Wr 's - Mike Evans, Tyler Boyd, Alshon, Chark , Golden Tate and Hartman
Rb’s - Kamara, Michel, Latavius, Justin jackson and Justice Hill
TE- Kittle
With that roster I’d keep Kamara. I would only make that deal if RB was a position of incredible strength.
