I have Watkins and someone wants to trade me for Cooks straight up in a PPR Superflex dynasty. I have OBJ, Fitz, Thielen, Edelman, Crowder, Robby Anderson, Dante Pettis and DaeSean Hamilton.
I’d keep Watkins.
I would take Cooks. To me that seems like buying Cooks low and selling Watkins high.
Funny, I think it’s the exact opposite.
Not sure how this supports your view. What am I missing?
Sorry I did misspeak a little. Selling Watkins high is not accurate because he’s not currently overvalued. I meant selling Watkins for his higher value 6 months to a year ago. Buying Cooks at his lowest value since Jan 2017.
And I think Cooks is stop overvalued.
I’m keeping Watkins. Much higher upside and potential to take over WR1 role in an offense with a gunslinger QB.
Cooks on the other hand is just the one trick deep threat pony in on offense where he will never be the focal point catching passes from a QB who doesn’t / isnt asked to throw deep.
