Trade offer ? Take it or Leave it?

I was offered Carlos Hyde, Randall Cobb, and Jordan Reed for Marshawn Lynch, Sammy Watkins, and Martellus Bennett. Should I take the trade?

This is .5 PPR league and My Current team right now is :
QB: Aaron Rodgers
RB: LeSean McCoy, Marshawn Lynch, Duke Johnson, Jamaal Charles, D’Onta Foreman
WR: Michael Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, Sammy Watkins, Devin Funchess, Marvin Jones Jr.
TE: Kyle Rudolph, Martellus Bennett

I would take that. I actually think Hyde and Lynch are pretty close and I think Cobb will be solid, while Sammy seems to be a boom or bust. Also if you own Vernon Davis along iwth Reed your TE position is set
