Two Late WRs For Standard League Draft

So I have a dilemma at WR, my league is coming to the end of an offline draft, our league has a small bench, and I’m looking for advice. Below are the options I’m looking at:

League: Standard (2 WRs & 1 WR/TE flex)
WR already owned: Davante Adams, TY Hilton, DJ Chark
WR:
Sterling Shepard
Brandin Cooks
Golden Tate
Desean Jackson
Jalen Reagor
Deebo Samual
Darius Slayton

Honestly, I’m leaning Cooks, Jackson, and/or Reagor. Unless an injury happens the first few weeks I can hold both WRs for the Eagles and see which is Wentz go to, but I am also a believer that Cooks will probably emerge as the WR1 for Watson. So do I go Cooks/Jackson and try to maximize potential, play the safe game with both Eagles’ WRs, or something else?

I agree with Brandin Cooks for sure. The rest would be what you’re willing to do. Jackson seems to have the biggest season but is injury prone. The rest need to see how things play out to know for sure, but I would probably go Cooks/Jackson for the begining of the season.

Cooks and Reagor.
