I am the vampire and couldn’t draft any players/can’t use waivers. The only way to acquire players is by beating teams and stealing a player of their choice.

So your saying the only way to acquire players for every team is to beat a team? And Im assuming taking a player from a team you swap for one of your players on your current players

I’m the vampire so I can only acquire players from teams I beat, for other teams it’s a regular dynasty league so can trade use waivers etc. Only difference being that your players can be stolen by me.
