Big week. I’m the 5th seed going head-to-head with the 4th seed. His TE (Kelce) is on bye - I am sure he is prioritizing Austin Hooper.
Should I make Hooper my #1 waiver priority to block him (and maybe play over Goeddert), or should it be Mike Davis?
I always say prioritize your team’s needs first.
Would you start Hooper or Goeddert?
I lean Hooper. As a Kelce owner this is a decision I am also debating
If you’re willing to start Hooper, GO FOR THE BLOCK! I made this kind of move earlier this season when the Cam Newton owner needed to pick up Brian Hoyer to start a Monday night game. I didn’t need Hoyer, but it was worth it to me to block the other owner and making him start a QB that was OUT
I blocked and picked up Hooper. I’m gonna start him over Goeddert. With Kittle out for the rest of the season, it was definitely the right move. Now he’s starting Jordan Aikens. 
Good move, even if Carson ends up sitting, I don’t know if Mike Davis would be the defacto filler given some of your other options, he did well against TB the first time they played, but he seemed to lose his spark those last three games.
