These are my best options, for WR Sterling Shepard or DJ Chark? And my next dilemma is K Rudolph and or Mark Andrews at TE? This is all for PPR!

I think both Shepard and Chark can have good games, but I am actually playing Shepard myself in a Full PPR league. As for TE I would say Andrews has the bigger upside for sure. Rudolph can always end up in the endzone, but Andrews is the favorite for yards and is also a great redzone target.
